What makes the Club Nanny "sitter option" different?
The process stays in the hands of families-they're able to browse sitter profiles, review experience and availability, and directly connect with the caregivers who best fit their needs. This offers a transparent, self-directed way for families to build their own trusted network of sitters over time.
What is the screening process?
Every sitter goes through personal interviews, background checks, and reference verification.
How much does it cost?

An Investment in Your Home: We understand that inviting someone into your home is one of the most important decisions you'll make. Our process is designed to bring clarity, confidence, and peace - so you can focus on what matters most: your family.

Sitter: Application Fee - $45 (Non-refundable): This fee covers your application review, interview process, background check, and entry into our sitter network. Once approved you will download the Club Nanny app ($12/month) to have access to families looking to match with a sitter.

Family: You will download the Club Nanny app ($20/month) and gain access to our carefully vetted, faith-aligned sitter network. Babysitter wages are paid directly by families.

Do you collect commissions?
No Commission Fees – Every dollar paid by families goes directly to the caregiver. We believe in transparent, fair compensation.
